Two king bedrooms and a large backyard
The Alderman takes its name from a former Wyoming state senator and town mayor who lived here. The framed Wyoming flag above the primary bed once flew over the state capitol. Sheridan’s Real Deals on Home Decor designed the interiors, pairing the house’s older features with colorful furnishings.
In the living room, a curved sectional faces a hammered brass coffee table beneath a sputnik chandelier. Forest-green velvet curtains frame the windows and cast-iron radiators. The primary bedroom has a walnut headboard; the second has vintage Wyoming travel posters and terracotta drapes. Both have king beds and Coop linens.
The kitchen and bathroom are older spaces that show their age. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a washer and dryer in the home. Central air and heat serve the house throughout.
Porch, patio, and a private fenced yard
The backyard measures roughly 100 feet across by 75 feet deep. There are Adirondack chairs by the back door, an outdoor dining table for six, and a propane grill. The covered front porch has another pair of Adirondack chairs.

About ten minutes on foot to Main Street
The house is near Coffeen and Wyoming, about a ten-minute walk from Main Street. Emerson Park is also within walking distance. Sackett’s Market is our suggestion for lunch or groceries to bring back to the house.

Steps and sleeping arrangements
Four steps lead into the house, with a level interior once inside. Each of the two bedrooms has a king bed. The house sleeps four and has one bathroom; there is no sofa bed.
Dogs and outdoor space
Up to two dogs are welcome for a one-time $75 pet fee per stay. The large fenced backyard is private to your group.
Kitchen and bathroom
These rooms retain their older finishes and show some wear. They have not been updated to match the newer furnishings in the living room and bedrooms.
Parking
The private two-car garage is available to guests. The driveway fits four additional cars.
Arrival and hosts
Check-in is contactless with a smart lock. Tyler at Late Checkout manages the home and is available by phone or text during your stay.
Fees, payment and cancellation
Fees and minimum stay
The cleaning fee is $155 per stay. The pet fee is $75 once per stay for up to two dogs. Minimum stays vary by date and season. Enter your dates to review the cleaning fee, applicable taxes, and full price in checkout.
Payment and cancellation
50% is due when you book. The remaining 50% is automatically charged 14 days before arrival. Cancellations 30 or more days ahead are refundable. Cancellations 15–29 days ahead are refundable and processed manually; at 14 days or fewer the booking is nonrefundable. For bookings made closer to arrival, review the schedule shown in checkout.
