Stardust’s renovation took nearly a year, with ideas drawn from our travels and the places we had stayed. The house retains its older layout, with a living room, full kitchen, and queen bedroom on the main level. The second queen bedroom is downstairs, beside the laundry room.
Both bedrooms have blackout curtains. Central air cools the home, and the basement bedroom tends to stay cooler in summer. Fiber internet and in-home laundry are useful if you are staying for more than a few nights.
A private yard and two seating areas
The fenced side yard and both outdoor seating areas are private to Stardust. Very small dogs may fit through gaps in the black iron fence, so the yard needs supervision if you are traveling with a small dog.

One mile from Main Street
The house is in an older Sheridan neighborhood, half a block from a neighborhood park, with access to the interstate via the 5th Street exit. Main Street is exactly one mile away. It is a walk if that distance suits your group, or a short drive for dinner and shopping.

Bedrooms, bathroom and stairs
One queen bedroom is on the main level and the other is in the basement. The only bathroom is on the main level. The bathroom opens off the kitchen; guests do not need to pass through a bedroom. There are three steps up to the front door, and the interior stairs are narrow and steeper than those in a modern home. The house is not step-free.
Pets and the fence
Pets are welcome for a one-time $75 fee per stay. Up to three pets are allowed. The yard is private and fenced, but very small dogs can fit through gaps in the black iron fencing.
Parking and the rear rental
The driveway fits two cars, with additional street parking available. A separate small vacation rental sits behind Stardust, with its own entrance, fencing, and dedicated parking.

Check-in is self-service. We are based in Sheridan and available if you have questions before or during your stay.
Fees, payment and cancellation
Fees and minimum stay
The cleaning fee is $125 per stay. The pet fee is $75 once per stay for up to three pets. Minimum stays vary by date and season. Enter your dates to see the current total in checkout.
Payment and cancellation
50% is due when you book. The remaining 50% is automatically charged 14 days before arrival. Cancellations 30 or more days ahead are refundable. Cancellations 15–29 days ahead are refundable and processed manually; at 14 days or fewer the booking is nonrefundable. For bookings made closer to arrival, review the schedule shown in checkout.
