Two queen bedrooms with blackout curtains, a contemporary kitchen stocked for homemade meals, blazing-fast fiber internet, and a cozy lounge to come home to. The upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom; the downstairs bedroom is adjacent to the laundry room and stays cooler in summer — a bonus on warm days.

Outside

Two private outdoor seating areas and a fully fenced side yard perfect for dogs to explore. Large driveway fits two cars with additional street parking available. A second small vacation rental sits behind the property — fully separated with its own private entrance, fencing, and dedicated parking.

Location

Half a block from a quiet neighborhood park, quick access to the 5th Street interstate exit, and minutes from Main Street, the ice rink, and Sheridan's best restaurants and breweries. A peaceful, older part of town with walkable green space in every direction.

Good to Know

Stairs are narrow and steeper than modern builds — safe and functional, worth noting for those with mobility considerations. Pets welcome with a $35 fee — please note very small breeds may be able to slip through the black iron fencing. Self check-in and checkout.
