Before we hosted anyone

We sold at Born in a Barn its first four years. That first one we were right across from the barn, at the driveway to the Kinnison place.

Another year we set up across the bridge and it snowed Thursday night — collapsed our tents. Spent the next morning digging out and propping them back up.

Now we're just customers. Look for MCA Vintage Revival and Olive & Pearl Candles while you're there, and don't skip the food trucks. The whole scene is a good time — especially without the freak snow.

Which nights?

Thursday is available as a single night. Friday and Saturday require a two-night stay.

Nothing left for those nights.

That weekend fills early. Try a single Thursday night above, or leave your email below — cancellations come up, and we may have a few more homes online before September.

The rest of the collection.

Seventeen homes in all. These are already spoken for — worth knowing for next year.

A few things worth knowing.

If you're hauling something home

Garages: the Piñon, the Alderman, and the New York Store. Room for a trailer: the Piñon, Alderman, Bay Mare, Troubadour, Stardust, and Emerald. The 56, the Wayfarer, and the Pressroom don't have space for one. Not sure what'll fit? Call and we'll tell you straight.

Come in Thursday

Most of what's left is Thursday night, and it's the better way to do it anyway — get in, have dinner, sleep, and be first through the gate Friday morning instead of driving in at dawn. Thursday books as a single night.

September, here

Mornings around fifty, afternoons in the mid-seventies. Twenty-five degrees between when you leave and when you're loading the truck — bring a jacket you can take off. Everyone from out of state underestimates this one.

While you're in town

Coffee's already in the cupboard at every home, ground and ready — you won't be hunting for it at six in the morning. And we keep a map of where we'd actually send you for the rest. Explore Sheridan →

Downtown on Main Street. Same kind of hunting as the barn, only indoors and out of the wind — furniture, decor, and the sort of thing you didn't know you were looking for until you found it.

is already spoken for.

Cancellations come up. We have two or three homes that may go live before September. And WYO Rodeo week opens after that — the one everyone books ninety days out. Leave your email and you'll hear about all of it first.

Got it. We'll be in touch.
