Emerald is a standalone bungalow with wood floors, colorful furnishings, and a kitchen equipped for cooking during your stay. Each bedroom has a queen bed. For groups of five or six, the living room’s queen sleeper sofa provides the additional sleeping space.
There are window air conditioners in both bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and an on-site washer and dryer. Coffee and tea are provided. If you’re bringing a young child, ask us for a highchair and playpen before you arrive.
A separate, private fenced yard
The yard is exclusively for Emerald guests. It is a few steps from the back door rather than directly attached to the house, so you will need to walk your dog over to it.

Downtown Sheridan is 0.8 miles from the house. You can walk if that distance suits your group, or drive downtown for dinner, shopping, or a show at the WYO Theatre. One off-street parking space is available at the bungalow.

Entry and sleeping arrangements
There are three steps into the house; the entrance is not step-free. Four guests can use the two queen bedrooms. Guests five and six sleep on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The home has one bathroom.
Pets
Up to two pets are welcome for a one-time $75 fee per stay. Pets must be crated if left alone. The private fenced yard is separate from the house, a few steps from the back door.
Cooling and parking
Both bedrooms have window air conditioners. There is one off-street parking space; contact us before booking if you need to bring more than one vehicle.
Arrival and hosts
Check-in is self-service with a keyless deadbolt. The home is private to your group, and we are available by message or phone if you need help.
Fees, payment and cancellation
Fees and minimum stay
The cleaning fee is $120 per stay. The pet fee is $75 once per stay for up to two pets. Minimum stays vary by date and season. Enter your dates and guest details to review the full price, including cleaning fees and applicable taxes, in checkout.
Payment and cancellation
50% is due when you book. The remaining 50% is automatically charged 14 days before arrival. Cancellations 30 or more days ahead are refundable. Cancellations 15–29 days ahead are refundable and processed manually; at 14 days or fewer the booking is nonrefundable. For bookings made closer to arrival, review the schedule shown in checkout.
