The Piñon Home is a purpose-built townhouse that does something most new builds don't: it's actually designed with guests in mind. Three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Two bathrooms. An open-concept living area where the Bighorn Mountains fill the window. And a private patio that earns its view every morning.

The primary suite has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bath. The other two bedrooms share a full bath and are structurally separated from neighboring units — meaning no shared bedroom walls, and no guessing how thin the walls are. Every room comes stocked with blackout curtains, a white noise machine, tower fans, sleep masks, and earplugs. Robes too. Sleep is taken seriously here.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless appliances, a dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker loaded with local coffee. The living room has a Smart TV and family games for when you're done with the mountains. Washer and dryer with detergent included — pack light. The single-car garage keeps your vehicle frost-free in winter or your bikes and skis secure year-round.

The Location

The Piñon Home sits in a developing mixed-use neighborhood with direct, easy access to I-90 — which means you're on the road to the mountains or Little Bighorn in minutes, without fighting through town first. Downtown Sheridan is about eight minutes: Main Street, King's Saddlery, The Mint Bar, and the WYO Theatre. Kendrick Park with the buffalo and elk pasture is ten minutes out. The Bighorn foothills start about thirty.

Heads up on two things worth knowing: the neighborhood is actively growing, so construction noise from neighboring lots is possible between 7 AM and dark. And while the panoramic mountain view is the real star, there is a commercial equipment yard visible about a quarter mile out. The mountains win. But we want you to know what you're looking at.

The Access

The entire home is yours — private, exclusive, no shared interior spaces. Once you clear the small front threshold, everything is single-level. Self check-in via smart lock. Your host lives locally and can be reached by message or phone throughout your stay; otherwise, we leave you to it.

Parking is sorted: the garage fits a sedan or small SUV, the paved driveway handles a large truck, and there's free street parking in front for additional vehicles or a trailer.

For Dogs

Dogs are welcome. The fenced yard (4-foot chain link) is great for morning turnouts — just note it's not suited for jumpers or escape artists left unattended. Please crate dogs when you're out, clean up in the yard and neighborhood, and you're golden.
