The Property
A bright two-bedroom on Main Street — with more going on downstairs than most places have anywhere.
The Iris on Main is a two-bedroom, one-bath house sitting right on Main Street in Sheridan. It's a comfortable, well-lit place to land — and once you're in, there's genuinely more to do than you'd expect. The game room runs deep. The beds are designed to actually help you sleep. The fenced backyard and front porch give you outdoor space on both ends of the house.
The main floor is set up for everyday ease: two adjustable queen beds — one firm, one soft, each with remote-controlled head and foot positioning — blackout curtains and white noise machines in both rooms, a record player in the living area, and a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar ready to go in the morning.
Downstairs is a full game and lounge setup. Arcade machine, a classic gaming console with Pac-Man and the rest, bean bags, and a boneless lounge couch. We are neurodivergent friendly. There's a sensory tent, noise-reducing headphones, fidget tools, and a weighted lap pad — it's a room built for everyone in your family to actually decompress. Low ceilings (around 5'5"), so it's best for lounging and play rather than standing around.
Out front, a porch with café lights and rocking chairs faces Main Street. Out back, a fully fenced six-foot yard with a table, umbrella, and seating for four. Mabel, the resident porch goose, comes with the property.

Good to Know
Pet-friendly with a pet fee. Two adjustable queens — firm and soft. The basement game room has low ceilings (around 5'5") and is designed for lounging and play. Washer and dryer in unit. Fast wifi at 346 Mbps. Sleeps 4.
Most places near downtown Sheridan are comfortable enough. This one has a basement full of reasons to stay in — arcade machine, record player, adjustable beds for people who actually care about sleeping well. It's a house that rewards the guests who use it.
The fenced yard and front porch mean you're not choosing between outside and inside. You're on Main Street, but the six-foot fence makes the backyard feel private. Mabel lives out front. She's not an amenity, but she's one of the family and you should get a picture with her.
For families with kids, or two couples who want comfortable separate sleeping, this is a rare layout at this location. Walk to dinner, come back and play arcade games, sleep in adjustable beds. That's the itinerary.
