A downtown house with room to settle in
The living room keeps the character of the house in view: pressed-tin-style ceilings, original wood trim, amber velvet curtains, an olive green sectional and two striped chairs. The gas fireplace sits beneath the TV; sign in to your own streaming accounts. Wyoming guidebooks are there if you want to plan a day in town.
The kitchen has sage green cabinets, a farmhouse sink, an exposed brick chimney and the equipment for cooking. Three leather stools line the breakfast bar. The dining table by the front window seats four. Striped awnings shade the windows, a deck out back has a grill, and there is driveway space for two cars.
Two ways to use the second bedroom
The full-size Murphy bed folds into a wood cabinet with a desk ledge. It is best for kids or one adult; two adults can use it, though it will be cozy. The queen bedroom has a mini split for A/C and a sound machine. Both bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower and a door on each side.

One block off Main Street
You can walk from the house to Main Street, Whitney Commons and Kendrick Park. Sheridan’s paths are nearby too. The house is close to downtown traffic, and its older windows can let in some road noise. A sound machine is provided in the queen bedroom.

Sleeping layout and access
Enter the house up four steps; it is not step-free. The queen bed suits a couple. The full-size Murphy bed works best for kids or one adult, although two adults can manage in a pinch. The bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Pets and outdoor space
Up to two pets are welcome with a $75 fee once per stay. Dogs may stay inside; if left unattended indoors, they must be crated. The fenced yard is private to Van Winkle guests, about 20 feet from the house rather than attached to it. The walk over is flat and lit at night by a street light.
Parking and neighborhood
The driveway fits two cars. Older windows can admit road noise from the street near Main. The basement and garage are owner storage and off-limits to guests.

Fees, payment and cancellation
Fees and minimum stay
The cleaning fee is $125 per stay. The pet fee is $75 once per stay for up to two pets. Minimum stays vary by date and season. Enter your dates to see the current total in checkout.
Payment and cancellation
50% is due when you book. The remaining 50% is automatically charged 14 days before arrival. Cancellations 30 or more days ahead are refundable. Cancellations 15–29 days ahead are refundable and processed manually; at 14 days or fewer the booking is nonrefundable. For bookings made closer to arrival, review the schedule shown in checkout.
