Private, with room for four
Wayfarer is a 676-square-foot bungalow with its own entrance and no shared indoor or outdoor spaces. The plan is straightforward, with two queen bedrooms and the bathroom on the main level. The side yard is private but not fenced.
One bedroom has a softer mattress and the other a firmer one. Both have blackout shades, individual climate control and white noise machines; sleep masks are also provided. It’s a useful choice when two couples or a family of four have different sleep habits.
A kitchen you can use
There’s a dishwasher, blender, crock pot and the utensils for a proper meal. For coffee, you can choose the drip maker, French press or pour-over setup; local beans are stocked. The bathroom has a tub and shower with heated tile floors.
The living area has a small couch, an accent chair, an electric fireplace, Netflix and a few games and local books. Outside, the side yard has a small gas fire pit, bench seating and a propane grill.

One mile from downtown
The bungalow is one mile from downtown Sheridan and has two dedicated parking spaces. The approach is through an alley, and the neighboring properties are worn. From the bungalow and yard, you can see a weathered chain-link fence and garbage cans. We want you to know what the surroundings look like before you arrive.

Sleeping layout
Four guests sleep in two queen bedrooms on the main level. One mattress is softer, the other firmer; both rooms have blackout shades and white noise machines.
Pets and yard
Pets are welcome with a $75 fee once per stay. The side yard is private but not fenced, so please supervise your pets outside.
Parking and neighbors
Two dedicated parking spaces are included. There is no smoking. Please keep early mornings and late evenings quiet out of respect for the neighborhood.

The pet fee is $75 once per stay. The cleaning fee and full price appear in checkout. Minimum stays vary by date and season.
Payment schedule
50% is due when you book. The remaining 50% is automatically charged 14 days before arrival. For bookings made closer to arrival, check the payment schedule shown in checkout.
Cancellations
Cancellations 30 or more days before arrival are refundable. Cancellations 15–29 days before arrival are also refundable; contact us so we can process the refund manually. At 14 days or fewer before arrival, the booking is nonrefundable.
